Red Peony Cake

Red Peony Cake is a moon cake come with black sesame and salted egg yolk as filling. The color may differ from temperature and the amount of Red beet roots powder. 

Peony represents prosperous and wealth. 

Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, corn starch, powdered milk, condensed milk, sugar, soybean oil, egg yolk, black sesame, red bean, glucose syrup, red beet powder(coloring). 

Heat up in the microwave for 15 seconds, usually tastes better with Flower Honey ( if you like it sweeter) and Flower Fruit Tea (if you prefer less sweet).
