This is a moon cake shaped into Peony flower. Filling: Taro White Bean Paste& Salted Egg Yolk. With Purple Sweet Potato Powder as Coloring.
Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, corn starch, sugar, powdered milk, condensed milk, salt, white kidney bean, sugar, salt, soybean oil, margarine (sunflower oil, water, salt, potassium sorbate, sodium dehydroacetate, citric acid), corn starch, wheat flour, egg yolk, maltose, taro powder, lima bean, glucose syrup, water, modified starch, maltiol.
Heat up in the microwave for 15 seconds, usually tastes better with Flower Honey ( if you like it sweeter) and Flower Fruit Tea (if you prefer less sweet).
